The picture is very deceiving from what you actually get. Yes, there was 12 roses with chocolates and a bear, but it did not look like the picture. It looked like I picked them myself from the garden and put them in a vase.

Almost 50% of order total for service and handling, not disclosed until credit card given and order placed, is deceptive and dishonest business practice.
Overall, the experience was very positive. The flowers were beautiful, they were delivered in a timely fashion, & it was super easy to order online. The only "downfall" would be the price. Delivery is ridiculous at $13+ on top of a $40 bouquet. I would suggest thinking about lowering your prices a bit. Other than that, the flowers are absolutely gorgeous & I was very happy with them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
