My Mom just loved the bouquet! The flowers were fresh and beautiful ~ I definitely will order again.
I wanted to use my Paypal balance to pay for this but I was unable to get the radio button to work. I ended up having to use another credit card which I didn't want to do as I had money in my Paypal. I sent the flowers to my Mom who is in an assisted care facility so I cannot confirm the quality for the price. I did not get to see the arrangement but am hoping it's what I paid for and will last.

Website is a bit clunky. More than anything prices are deliberately misleading. The price on the selection page is instantly upgraded to the "deluxe" then there is a "same day/weekend fee" added for delivering on the next week day followed by a "service fee" that is more than 25% of the original listed price. Every single time I clicked "next" through the ordering process the total increased while usually offering something that increased it more. The end price outweighed the convenience of not using a local florist.
I feel more screwed over then when I order concert tickets through Ticket-Master.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
