They "called" my wife and ruined the surprise. NOT COOL. There was 2 hours left of school so I called to see if they have been sent. The main office (I'm assuming) called our local office and it "just so happens" that they were on their way out the door and we're delivering them. I'm assuming if I wouldn't have called if they would have been still sitting in the local office waiting for something to happen to them.
Your website is very hard to even order simple flowers
Sent email advising the flowers were lousy, wilted and brown around the edges. I could understand if they had sat a few days but these were delivered today. Hmmmm, maybe they were a few days old and we're pawned off on me because they thought I was out of town and wouldn't be there to see how sub par the arrangement was.
The plant arrangements were for my in-laws' 69th wedding anniversary. They were delivered to a nursing home were they reside. My in laws loved them and so did the nurses and the other residents. I am very happy with my purchase.

Update 3/20/17 the delivery time was delayed 3 days. I ordered Friday and my mother is just getting them today 3/20/17 yet y'all still want to charge me almost 50 bucks. Somehow I don't find that very good service. I don't want your 12 credit that expires in so long.

This was a VERY unique arrangement for my sister's 50th birthday. A long distance birthday is hard to get for & the cake was PERFECT! Colors to match the occasion ( black & white). Got just what I wanted.

The flowers were late and look like a sad bouquet from a hospital gift shop! They were supposed to be a summer bouquet but were very sad looking. I am very disappointed.
I had paid for next day delivery for Sunday on my friends birthday since it gave me the option to do so. I had to spend a certain amount though so I adjusted my order to have that delivery date. I woke the morning of to an email stating that my delivery wasnt possible until the following day (Monday). I ended up having to tell my friend she would be getting a package but a day late as I didnt want her to think I messed up her bday when I had wanted it to be a surprise. My delivery charge of $2.99 was refunded to me but I will say I was disappointed. If its not possible to get a delivery on a Sunday then it shouldnt be an option when I put in the zip code. The flowers did come today and she said they are stunning! Very happy with the way the product turned out.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
