I paid for the mid-priced bouquet. What I received looked like the lower priced bouquet. And also it doesn't look like the picture. I don't think the flower arrangement was done particularly well. I would not use this local florist again and would recommend that the service not use them. I don't feel like I got what I paid for.
Free or 1/2 price delivery would be nice when you are paying nearly as much for the delivery as you are for the bouquet it seems a little ridiculous
My mom is disabled and cannot use the phone. My sister saw the flowers when she went over to wish her a Happy Birthday. My mom was quite happy with the delivery.
The flowers are absolutely gorgeous. The ordering process was very easy. I was disappointed that the flowers were not able to be delivered the same day. I was offered a refund for same day ship fee though. I would definitely recommend using this site.
I had to called to check on the delivery of my order. They arrived around 2:30. I order the deluxe bouquet. For the price I paid the bouquet should have been fuller.

Found this site when shopping for my daughter's birthday. Did not due my due diligence and look at reviews. What they actually sent was so SUB PAR that I was so embarrassed! I live in CA and she is in NY. This should of been special and it WAS AWFUL! CHEAP, cheap substitutions for the pictured photo of flowers, candy and balloon. They only got the ballon right. Even though they offer a money back guarantee it took SO long and they made me jump through a lot of hoops to get it. Tried to get me to OK them replacing the items with an upgrade (i. E. what they should of sent originally). I had to demand a full refund and then they gave it to me. STAY AWAY. NOT WORTH THE EFFORT AND PERHAPS EMBARRASSMENT!
