I wasn't going to purchase the flowers when I saw the additional $14.99 fee but I was grateful for the coupon I received! I couldn't believe the flowers arrived so quickly. Wish there was mention of the shipping/ handling fee before reaching finalization screen. Online ordering said flowers would ship in approx. 1 hr 20 mins, but flowers were delivered narrowly by deadline. Luckily, recipient was happy with flowers. Thanks for getting them there!

I made an error when I ordered the flowers online and sent the flowers for my granddaughter to her house but to my own name. Maybe there is a way for you to prevent that in the future.
When I wanted to call to have the error corrected I had to hunt and hunt to find a phone number to call. Maybe that information could be made easier to find also. I did eventually find it and it was corrected and was delivered correctly to my granddaughter in her own name.

I was pleased with the turn around and convenience. The delivery confirmation was a bit lacking and moreover the end product DID NOT match the size of the pictured item by any stretch.

Overall, I had a great experience with my order. The flowers arrived in a timely manner and it was easy to make the order from far away, as I do not live in Tennessee or even in the states currently. I was very pleased with that and so was the recipient of the flowers.
The only thing I was slightly bothered by was that while making the order I was not made aware of the shipping and handling costs until the very end of the order when I went to finalize it. It would have been valuable to know up front roughly how much I would be spending total instead of the surprise at the end. I did find the price to be a little high.

Order was placed for 3/13 delivery never arrived till 3/17...after many phone calls and emails.
I wish that the photos would match the items depicted and not upgraded deluxe items and I do not like the industry-wide tendency to add additional handling charges at checkout but my Mom really liked the flower arrangement, which was delivered on the requested date, and in the end I guess that is what buying flowers is all about.
Delivery was a little later than expected and almost didn't make it but the situation was quickly addressed and flowers were delivered on the big day. Next tume I will consider paying extra to have flowers delivered before noon.
I is difficult to imagine what premium will look like if there is not a photo. I was not pleased with the flowers that were added. I just thought they were not very attractive.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
