Prices of product a little more than expected, service charge to high...
They didn't deliver when paid extra for same day shipping. They did credit but had multiple issues delivering to a business. If they wouldn't of given me a credit I probably not use them again. I'm willing to give a second chance due to one customer service rep who went above and beyond and contacted me back when order was finally delivered

I ordered the deluxe and the bouquet was small and one side had dead droppy flowers. Very disappointed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
