Don't like the surprise of a $14.99 service/handling fee added at the very end of order after charge card info is inputted to get a total cost. Need to display this charge upfront in the beginning not at the very end of placing order.

The prices are great however the site is not that user friendly. I had a different promo code I wanted to use but it applied a different code from whatever site I came from. The promo code area was greyed out and unable to be edited but for the sake of time and multiple attempts after reentering my information I just stuck with it.

After my friend received the flowers that I ordered her, she took a photo of them and sent it to me. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. I hate to say it. There was much more messy greenery and less flowers, I was able to see the replacement of flowers from the ones I ordered and it just was not comparable.

I was not pleased with the flowers delivered to my daughter for congratulating her on her new business. After placing my order and then being contacted by fromyouflowers and told that they could not fill the order as originally requested with gladiolus, I was given the alternate choice of either Azalea, tulips or Cali lilies. I requested tulips as that would have been my second choice over the gladiolus. I appreciate that 30% was taken off of my original order, however, ​my daughter received Azalea instead of the tulips and I did not think the arrangement met the price even after the 30% reduction.

I was very dissapointed in the overall status of my order. I purchased my order yesterday and wanted it to be delivered on Mar 21 same day. I was notified at 5 pm telling me that they could not keep my order for that day and that they would deliver it on Mar 22. The reason I wanted the order to be delivered on Mar 21 was because that was a special occasion on that day. Then to top it off he did not get the flowers till 12 pm today. I am very disappointed on they way that you work things when you guarantee same day delivery. I will not be using you again

The only difference in the checkout process would be an additional "notes" box. For instance, I want the flowers delivered specifically for "The NOC - not another department or the front desk." There was no place to make that note, so I'll have to call tomorrow to make sure the flowers make it where they need to go.

Flowers were on time, but I paid 10 dollars extra for the deluxe bouquet which did not look deluxe at all. Unhappy with the quality and quantity of the flowers.
