Over all a good experience. Although there was some miscommunication as to when it was going to be delivered. Then man delivering it was completely unprofessional but that was UPS not fromyouflowers. The flowers did arrive pretty droopy and sad looking. We are hoping that some water and time will allow them to perk back up.

Decided to order my mother flowers, it was my little brothers birthday who passed away a few years ago. I ordered this beautiful arrangement that had big beautiful open purple roses, smaller pink roses, and smaller purple flowers. Do you think that showed up? The arrangement delivered were 6 small purple roses with a few lillies, and tons of green leaves. Looked absolutely nothing like the flowers I paid for. The delivery driver was in a normal car and plain dressed. My mother had no clue who was at her door. When she finally got her flowers she was happy, but I was left disgusted with the picture she sent me. Embarrassing is the only word that comes to mind. A $12.99 bouquet from the grocery store would have been more pretty. I called the company to complain and was offered a $20 gift card towards another purchase, umm no I don't want anymore of your bootleg flowers. After 10 minutes of arguing they then offered 50% off my order. Not good enough for this one. I asked for my whole amount of money back! Guess what they said! They have to go back and pick the flowers up! Ain't that about a slap in the face. I settled for the 50% off to not embarrass my mother only to have $15 returned to my account. How $15 is half of $60 I would never know. In a nutshell these people take your money and deliver crap flowers. Spent a little more money and go to the more know companies. Do not buy from them! If you do, don't say I didn't warn ya!

Very easy process

The vase of flowers were not as full as the picture showed and in the picture the vase had a small balloon saying Happy Birthday but it wasn't in the arrangement my daughter received.

Very good but when I tried to use Paypal it got into a loop and kept starting the process of logging into Paypal over and over again. Had to use credit card.

The item I received was so horrible, so terribly substandard that I was as embarrassed as I was angry. The rep I spoke with afterwards was so wonderful, I give 100% praise on her level of customer service. Before speaking with her there was 0% chance I'd ever use fromyouflowers again. Because she was so gracious and made things right by refunding the money I'd wasted, I would be tempted to try fromyouflowers one more time.

I am annoyed that your website nor your customer service person can provide info on how to enter a discount code. I cannot find anyplace to put one. That is ridiculous. I place many orders for our church and I may have to go somewhere else to order my flowers in the future if I can't get any discounts.

I have never sent flowers this way in my 61 years. Then I received a text from the person I sent them to, " HOW DID YOU KNOW I LOVE BELGAIN CHOCOLATE". Then i knew all went well. Thank You, YOU FLOWERS.

Excellent quality. My loyalty bonus free delivery for life doesn't work with any other promotional offers which is disappointing. Rather devalues it. But otherwise a good service.
