Sent my daughter flowers for her birthday. They were not the flowers I picked out for her so, I'm very disappointed. Don't know if I got my moneys worth or not, I ordered the Deluxe size. The ones she received were mostly mums and a few lilies. The card was signed Mom Mom. I hope others have better results than I did.
Place an order for my Wife's Birthday and paid an extra $5.0 to have it at her work before 12:00 noon. I ordered an arrangement of "Created with white lilies, yellow roses, purple Monte Casino and blue delphinium.", copied right from their website. Her ordered arrived at 3:45 pm and it was 19 tulips. 9 pink and 10 yellow tulips. What the! Tulips? Tulips are not even in the description of what I ordered! They were all closed up and not even open. I called to give feedback of my displeasure of what she received. I was told they would refund me the $5.00 rush delivery charge, which they did, and the "Deluxe" version of what I ordered would be resent the following day. Next day came! Nothing was re delivered. Once again I called and was promised they promised the delivery again! Day 3 nothing! The worst part is what we do have is starting to die after 3 days. They are falling over, limp and never even opened up, not 1 tulip! So un happy! I will be calling to demand a full refund.

I live in a different town from where I had the flowers delivered, so after talking to the recipient and seeing photos of the flowers, I was very pleased, along with my daughter who received them. I will definitely use fromyouflowers.com again in the future.
There was no mention of the additional 15.00 shipping fee for the flowers until the final page where I select to place my order. This is misleading and can easily be missed when making the purchase.
Now that I have recieved the flowers I am even more annoyed. The website says hand delivered flowers meaning the florist will hand deliver already setup and looking pretty. Instead the flowers were delivered in a box by fedex/ups. The reason I came to this site and sucked up the additional cost for shipping was because I wanted hand delivered flowers. Also we did the personalized vase with the picture. The picture wasn't even wrapped around the vase.
Overall a bad experience.

Great so far as long as my Daughter gets her flowers today I will be very HAPPY I had Chris send me a picture of the flowers. The picture did not look like the item I purchased. I bought a PINK arrangement. Was mostly red and purple. Made me realize sight unseen is not the way to go.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
