The selection for the "junk food basket" is not necessarily as pictured and truly looks thrown together. The selection is fine, just not what I assumed the person would be getting which I selected specifically for what was pictured. Otherwise the service was fine.
Wish there was a special instructions box
The experience was a positive one. The balloon bouquet was received with a huge smile from my grandson. Overall price was fair, but handling charge of $19.95 above the other charges was surprising and seemed excessive. Other than the handling fee, very happy with my purchase.

The package was left at front door of 2 family home and was discovered st 10pm. I have no idea when it was delivered, or if it was tampered with.
I assumed the delivery guy would call the recipient or myself to confirm delivery as opposed to leaving. Area is not the best.

I had the worst time with this company. I ordered certain flowers then they told me different ones were coming, then the ones that were delivered looked totally different than the picture.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
