I ordered an arrangement I thought would be available year round. The site doesn't ask what time you want the gift delivered, so I had to email for information. The next thing I know, i get a call from someone at the site saying that what I ordered has to be acquired from out of town and couldn't possibly be there on the day I wanted it. So they ordered from someone local to the church -- which is what I thought i was doing to begin with -- and I had to pick a different plant that would be available [which is odd because, it's California. Can't we grow pretty much anything any time?]. I made sure when I went to the funeral today that it was there, but for $80 I kind of thought it would be bigger and nicer. I was late myself, so I have no idea when the plant arrived at the church. I guess I should have gone with the flower arrangement instead. So, as the old song goes, it's a little bit me, a little bit you.

The flowers didn't look as fresh as they were in the picture they look whelped for the price and the small size I would probably not order from here again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
