I wish you would offer full cards (like greeting cards) to purchase on the side (like you offer chocolate and teddy bears and balloons) so people could write out longer messages. Also, the handling fee seems a bit high compared to competitors' prices.

Super easy fast convenient. I changed from 5 stars to 4 overall after my order was complete. I received a delivery confirmation but after four hours I hadn't received the delivery. I called customer service they said it was delivered, but it wasn't. They were amazing to deal with and said they would deliver next day, however after I hung up 15 minutes later arrangement showed up. I will definitely use service again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
