Best price. Flowers for delivery in general are really expensive IMO, but this price was the best I could find.
I ordered an upgraded Bouquet of tulips that a photo reflected only tulips of various colors. My friend (whom I sent the flowers to) sent me a photo of the flowers (she didn't know what I ordered) seemed very happy with the arrangement that had only a few tulips. Me...I was surprised and disappointed that what I had ordered had not been delivered. I would not order from this website again since they do not send arrangements that are at the very least the flower choices made by the customer.

It was easy to navigate and had many different types of bouquets to choose from.
I had an easy and quick experience when ordering. I felt the prices were semi-fair, maybe a little on the high end. The arrangement that I ordered and the one that was delivered weren't so similar though. The one that got delivered barely resembled what I had ordered. I do understand based on same day delivery and availability of product that there could have been slight differences but the bright, cheery one I picked out was delivered and was more dark and had a lot of greenery and roses-both of which were not in the picture of the one I ordered.

I tried to place an order through PayPal and I got caught in a loop that kept returning me to the Review screen. After 3 tries, I called and they told me to pay by credit car. I hope I don't get triple charged for this.
I paid rush delivery fees to have it delivered the same day, but it wasn't delivered until the following day. I also ordered--and paid for-- 1 mylar and 3 helium balloons. But only 1 mylar was delivered.

The vase and flowers weren't what I paid for. I specifically bought that option for the purple on purple but wasn't pleased.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
