I didn't like that I received the confirmation email before it was delivered. I wish there had been an "it's on it's way" email followed by a "your order has been delivered email". It caused some confusion and the person receiving it almost left work before it was delivered.

Paid extra to have product delivered same day. It did not show up. After a few phone calls apologizes were given and then the product was delivered the next day before noon. Product/flowers looked great but a day late and a dollar short in my opinion.

I'm impressed with the variety of choices for same day delivery. (And still am.)
The flowers were NOT same day delivered. They said no one was home, but my son and his girlfriend were there. I appreciated that your customer service rep arranged for delivery first thing this morning. Any reps that I've spoken with have been great. However, it's the florist that made me angry. After not delivering on time yesterday, they delivered a bouquet that was neither fresh nor even close to what I ordered as far as size - and I paid an extra $10 to upgrade! What was delivered looked like they stopped at the grocery store and bought a $6 bouquet from the check out lane, with 3 roses that were wilting and had brown edges. They looked like one florist had thrown them out yesterday because they were past being sold as quality flowers, but this florist picked them out of the dumpster and added them to a grocery store bouquet, then delivered them. This is not a company that should remain under contract with fromyouflowers.com. In fact, unless I could be guaranteed that my order wouldn't come from them, I don't think I'd be comfortable ordering from fromyouflowers.com again. When you pay $49.99 + for an item and receive a $10 item at best (if you include the vase), you have to be skeptical to order from them a second time. As for fromyouflowers.com, the rep, Tiara, was wonderful (I even asked to speak to her supervisor so I could make it known that I was pleased with the level of service she provided), and set out to immediately make things right, for which I'm grateful and satisfied. I don't fault fromyouflowers.com for any of the dissatisfaction at all. But, they can't know the quality or quantity of what's being delivered unless someone tells them. I thank you for giving me the chance to tell you about my experience. Even though Tiara already heard it all, I felt it was important for me to put it in this survey.
