The flowers were not delivered until after 8:00P.M. I sent them to a 90 year old for her Birthday. Well, they did not get there in time as she was in bed by the time they were delivered. I called the customer service line and was told "they are out for delivery"...requested to speak to a supervisor and was on hold for 15 minutes. After holding on, the representative ( who never connected me to a supervisor), told me the flowers had just been delivered...this was 8:08 p.m.

Don't forget to figure in the $10-$14 delivery charges when you select an item - you can't see them until the you're well into the checkout process. The $14.00 handling fee was an unexpected and unpleasant surprise at the very end of the transaction. Giving you my email address was supposed to give me a 20% discount, but it didn't. The PayPal option didn't work at all.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
