My gift was delivered 3 days after the original delivery date. The chocolate in the gift basket is not what i paid for and the card with the message i wanted the person to receive had misspelled words. Although the delivery was really bad, the customer service ladies over the phone were very kind and understanding which in the end was the only good thing about this experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
