My gift was delivered 3 days after the original delivery date. The chocolate in the gift basket is not what i paid for and the card with the message i wanted the person to receive had misspelled words. Although the delivery was really bad, the customer service ladies over the phone were very kind and understanding which in the end was the only good thing about this experience.

Easy to find what I wanted to send to family many miles from home. One problem - I got an e-mail that Florist did not have the block vase in the color I picked. I didn't see the e-mail till today, so not as I pictured for my Daughter. I should have received a phone call about it.
