What was received Is nice. But for the price and picture shown I would have expected a larger bouquet with a couple of roses and carnations in it. What was received was basically daisies. Which do not have a fragrance like roses and carnations do. And they were short and in a very small vase.
What was delivered looked VERY DIFFERENT from what was ordered.
1 - I would never have sent a sympathy arrangement with a huge bow
2 - The pictured choice was a plant that included flowers (Lilies I believe), there were only plants in the basket delivered.

I received exactly what I ordered, I was not happy that it advertised same day delivery within 4 hours and the next day it was still not there, I received an email that the delivery date was changed to April 3, two days later. After I made a phone call to Youflowers they were finally delivered at 8:30 p.m. that night.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
