It was fine. The only thing I was surprised with was the service delivery charge at the end, as that was not transparently placed in the beginning as an expectation of each order. There should be an indication that each purchase will have an added fee.

The picture of the actual arrangement delivered does not look like the arrangement I ordered. Also, I ordered the premium bouquet, the one delivered does not have that many flowers. I'm not very happy with the end result and believe I paid a premium price for a bouquet that is far less than that.

I called in the late afternoon because I did not receive that the order was received yet. I was put on hold and was told that it was to be delivered the next day. I was upset so I was put on hold again and was then told that it would arrive shortly. They did receive the order and were very impressed with it. I had ordered it two days ahead of time but felt if I had not called, it would have arrived the day after my request. Otherwise, it was easy and prices were good.
Delivery price is too high and prices are deceiving. The colors of the arrangement were pretty but I was disappointed that there wasn't even one or two roses
My daughter was very pleased with her surprise.

Flowers are always beautiful. I've had two "somewhat" negative experiences (but trying one more time): (1)floral arrangement chosen was not delivered and (2) on the re-delivery, the card was not sent with the changes (initial message on card was very time and date specific). That didn't make me look like a shining star, so I had more explaining to do. But, customer service has always been polite and tries to solve concerns.
Third time/purchase was a charm...all was perfect!
