I am VERY disappointed in my order. While I read the information regarding substitution policy the web site picture of the order that I placed had roses and carnations in the base of the "cake" and one rose on the top. I love roses and this is one of the reasons why I specifically chose this product. What I received was all carnations on the base and not one rose, only one rose on top. I can't imagine that the florist that fulfilled this order would not be able to provide the orange roses as required. I honestly can't tell you how disappointed I am. I have been waiting to order this and it's for my 60th birthday this week and it's just sad. I will not do business with you again.
I was extremely disappointed with the flowers I had delivered to celebrate a 100th birthday. The website showed a beautiful floral arrangement of stargazer lilies. The flowers that arrived were stalks with only buds, not a lily flower in sight. So upsetting. I will not use this site again.

Order online exactly what I wanted flowers, note and balloon day before delivery date. Person received flowers and note card but no balloon. Flowers looked nothing like I had requested and no balloon. Chatted online concerning balloon not being there they issued credit for balloon.

It was delivered at exactly the time I wanted. The arrangement looked good but not quite as fresh as it did on your website. The person who received the flowers was thrilled. Thank you!
Flowers were nice. They always are 'thinner' than the photos so that was expected. They did however forget the balloon that was part of the flower package ordered. Recipient was happy though.

I had a credit of $12.19 but it looks like it was not applied to the sale price of $37.80. Can you research this and get back to me? It's very confusing. Don't understand why.
