Not what I ordered
Flowers didn't look as fresh. Displayed very sparsely.
The shopping process was great and super user friendly. However the floral arrangement looked terrible, cheap, and nothing like the image online. I paid extra for a premium upgrade and the case looked cheap, some of the flowers looked wilted and dying while others weren't opened up, even though I paid for the upgrade. I should have just bought the $20 Bouquet from the grocery store if we were comparing quality.
Very Easy to order, flowers were for my granddaughter. She was extremely pleased.

The flowers arrangement looked beautiful and full on the website. When it showed up at my wife's work, it looked nothing like the photos. There was very few flowers and looked bare. I was very disappointed and I paid $80.00 for about a 15.00 arrangement.

Although I didn't see the bouquet, the recipient confirmed receipt and I assume the bouquet arrived w/out any issues. I would've appreciated a $10-$12 delivery fee instead. Thank you kindly!

Always go to this site for floral orders for anywhere in the US. I was extremely pleased with the flowering plant that I ordered for an employee who is leaving and it was her last day. I was particularly picky about this one, because the employee is also my sister! It was exactly as I ordered. It was gorgeous & it arrived mid morning, which was perfect. Thanks
Same day delivery was great!
VERY unhappy with products received. Ordered a large beautiful bouquet and although I realize substitutions may be made, the flower arrangement sent was not only small but flowers were not any of the ordered flowers nor were they arranged in an orderly fashion. Arrangement were of a different color scheme completely and looked NOTHING like the ordered product. Additionally, flowers were left outside apartment door without any notification of delivery. The gift was for an 83 year old friend's birthday and I used your service as I am in a different state. I will probably not use your service again and do feel some compensation should be made for this debacle.
