I did not like how I had to put all of my information in before I had seen the bottom line BUT it is well worth it. I got what I wanted for a reasonable price. Thank you!
Easy to order. But the "be happy boquet" was not as happy as I wanted. A clear container instead of the mug was substituted because of non availability. A phone call would have been nice to explain that the product was not completely available as ordered/shown/described. They did send a coupon for the unhappiness though.
I thought it was great UNTIL I SAW TWO sevice charges of $14.99 even though both items are going to the same residence. Poor Business practice...I should have contacted a local flower shop:-( Then, the Best part is she didn't receive her "Same Day" fruit basket and for that total disappointment I got a mere $11 credit
The selection and pricing of the arrangements themselves was exceptional. They were delivered on time and were well received by my daughter who was having a birthday. However I did not like to be surprised at check out with such a high service charge. Knowing that a large service charge was going to be added most likely would have changed my order.

I would have been happier if the flowers looked closer to the picture for the price I paid. Also when you purchase at Noon, you'd expect delivery to be before 6pm. I feel the flowers were scarce and not even close to as advertised. Although they were pretty, I don't feel worth the price. Delivery shouldn't be 6 hrs later.

I was initially pleased with the ease of ordering, very pleased with swift delivery, disappointed with presentation of product received, but pleased with caring response from your company to please me. I feel website should be clearer on specifics of products, but I own possibly not taking more time prior to submitting order. Thank you for trying to rectify my issue. It was much bigger than I had expected! When I ordered it online I did not see an explanation of the size. I did for flower arrangements but it did not indicate that it would apply to the bear or any difference in price. It appeared all one size/price. I would have liked it to have been smaller since they live in a small 1 bedroom New York apartment. Also, for the price, maybe a few more balloons with it;)
The flowers they did were more than I expected and were very well put together and larger than I usually get when I order from different places. Very happy with service and product received. They come highly recommended from my self and family.

Tell me the entire total at the beginning; a hidden $15 fee for handling is absolutely reprehensible to hide. Your cost shown should be the upfront cost. I'm not angry at the cost, I'm angry that it's so much more than was listed.
