Wasn't aware of the "handling fee" until check out and was a little floored it was $15! Took my order from below $30 to over $40! Handling fees should be up front - there is nothing in the shopping cart area showing your total with this fee until time of checkout!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
