The site is great, the customer service is great, my last order was a horror show. It wasn't delivered until nearly 9pm after I called to find out what happened at 7p. The flowers delivered were nothing like what I ordered, the key components (color, decoration) weren't included. I was told they would resend - 2 days later I had to follow up again. We'll see how you do this time.

Update: The new order was delivered promptly and looked like the picture on the website. My MIL was very happy with the flowers. Well done.

The extra handling charges shown at the very end of purchase are super annoying. Those she be included when you are in the cart stage.

Also the flowers I ordered were purple, the bouquet that was delivered was mostly pink. My friends favorite color is purple. Disappointed the florist didn't get the color right. (The flower however were pretty).

I never write reviews but had to for this one. I ordered a flower arrangement for my sister on her birthday to be delivered to her place of employment by 3:30 which I was promised. When I called the company because she never got them they told me that they tried at 2 p. M to deliver them but there was no one there. Let me just point out that she works at a busy physicians office so I no she was there. When I brought this to there attention they switched there story n said there were no drivers available but it could be delivered the next day. I told them cancel the order because I wanted it for her birthday... I am still waiting for a refund. The next day they delivered arrangement to my sister's employment regardless of me cancelling the order. When I saw the arrangement I was so embarrassed because it looks like a Dollar tree clearance arrangement made by a toddler... That is putting it mildly as to how bad the four dead flowers they put in a vase with something that doesn't even begin to resemble a bow. I am at my wit's end fighting for my refund because they are still charging me $72 for delivering it the next day included in that price is the same day delivery fee that they will not refund even though it was delivered late and after being cancelled... I can't stress to people enough how horrible this company is to order from. Please same yourself the embarrassment of a horrible bouquet and headache of trying to get a refund!

The arrangement wasn't as nice as the picture, but they arrived on time and the chocolates were good. Unfortunately the delivery person didn't bother to knock or anything just left them in front of the garage door. Other than that, I suppose I'm satisfied.
