Very easy and quick
This order was for a friend who lives many miles from me. As she is grieving I did not question her on the quality of the order. All I know is that the order was received. Therefore,I honestly do not know the quality or appearance of the order, but it was delivered in a timely manner. Based on a recent order to another party, I know that the flowers were beautiful, so I am assuming that the plant and container I requested were of the same quality as my previous order.

They were similar to what I chose but it was fine
Shopping was quick and easy, the only thing I didn't like was that it was not made clear that there would be a $14.00 handling fee. I don't mind the fee but I would prefer to see it up front.
Ended canceling my order. Was told same day delivery and could not get them delivered same day! Price doubled at checkout.

I made the purchase thinking I was getting a great price, but once you added delivery fees etc. it was expensive for what I sent. That disappointed me.

The flowers arrived the next day as promised and the recipient sent a picture of the arrangement and it was absolutely beautiful! I had never ordered online flowers before so was apprehensive, but this was easy to order and convenient, as I am in Canada and flowers were for someone in Texas. I am very happy with this experience and will definitely use again. Thank you!
