When I to see my friend in the hospital on Friday I was disgusted when I saw the flowers. I was asked to have my name as the sender. There was nothing but some daisies and a couple of red flowers. I could have gone to Shawn and made a nicer bouquet. Very disappointed and will not use your services. Please remove my email address.

I didn't know that flowers were being delivered by UPS which concerned me, but recipient said they arrived in good shape.

Very quick and easy. Delivery has only once been a problem and customer service quickly resolved the issue. This time the flowers were delivered across the street from my mom. Luckily the neighbor pointed out the mistake, told the driver my mom wasn't home and delivered them himself when she returned.
You should really be upfront about the service fee before you get to the checkout page. Even though I ordered several days in advance the delivery want made until 4:30pm - the last hour of the work day. However, because they missed her at work they we're willing to deliver to her home for no extra charge. That made up for for it. Good move!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
