I ordered a specialized vase for my mother. I was disappointed to learn that the picture was not attached to the vase and that the flowers were delivered in a box and not prearranged. She was still happy with the flowers, but for how much I paid I thought it would have a different presentation.
The flowers were supposed to be delivered on the 14th but my friend received it today the 15th of April.
It would be better if the delivery driver calls when hes in front of the house
