Delivered in time to my sister in USA
We sent flowers to our mom's for Easter, and they both said they are beautiful! But we wish you'd show the shipping and handling charge sooner. It's a bit pricey. Also, we paid an additional $2.99 to have an order delivered yesterday, then was asked to pay an additional $4.99 for guaranteed delivery then. But they didn't receive it until today. However, it is still before Easter, and they are pleased, so we are mostly happy.
I requested flowers to be delivered to my business, I had to call customer care and had a pleasant conversation with the associate who helped me with placing special instructions to contact me via cellphone as security wouldn't allow the delivery in the building. I also purchased the deluxe package which was supposed to have extra flowers or whatnot and the image on the order screen seemed to show a larger bouquet. At 5pm I got a call from security stating that there was a flower delivery for me, so here I never received the call that I asked to receive so I didn't have to apologize for "not knowing policy" to security and the bouquet that was in front of me was smaller than I expected based on the image and description provided...it was underwhelming to say the least. I thank you for delivering them on the same day but, for the money spent I don't think it was worth.
