I would prefer to know the total cost of my order before entering credit card information. When I called, your rep told me to expect the $14.99 Service Fee but when I went to check out I saw an additional $4.99 fee to expedite. "Expedite" was not explained so I turned down this option. The flowers arrived on time, however, and were lovely. I will definitely use your service again. Thank you!
