The flowers were smashed in the package and a few were broken. I was not very impressed with the way they looked when they were receiving.
My flowers were actually delivered a day earlier than they were scheduled for. Luckily she hadn't left for the plans I knew she had for the day. Also, they were scheduled for Sunday specifically to honor the anniversary of her mother's passing and I think they lost their meaningfulness by being there early.
Thank you for reasonable price, discount and same day delivery. However, I paid for a premium bouquet of flowers and the flowers I saw had more green filler than flowers. I am not pleased woth that.
Easy, good selection, fair prices!
The site is quick and easy to use. Very user friendly. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the product. I understand that flower and plant arrangements are never exactly as shown in the site picture; there will always be some variation in the actual arrangement. The plant arrangement that was delivered looks "straggly." I even ordered the "deluxe" arrangement to make sure it was full and pretty. I sent the plant arrangement to my sister as a birthday gift, and am very embarrassed about how unattractive it is!
WORST FLOWERS EVER, the arrangement looked like a 2 year old put them together, they were all lop sided and all off to one side, the picture on the web site was not even close to what she received, all the red flowers were almost dead when it was delivered, by the end of the day half the flowers were dropping and dead, I could have bought a better arrangement from the grocery store for a lot less than I paid for these, I know that fromyouflowers didnt make the arrangement BUT they should use flower shops that can make the flowers look like the pictures on the web site, and carry nice quality flowers that arent dead,not even close, it look like the flowers were put together days before they were delivered, customer service will be getting a call and a refund should be in order, VERY DISAPPOINTED and a VERY DISAPPOINTING EASTER THANK YOU
