The flowers arrived a day late, but the company did refund my same day fee, sent me a $20 gift card, and told me the arrangement would be upgraded for free. I was very pleased wit how the situation was handled until the flowers arrived and our loved one sent us a picture. The flowers that arrived were not upgraded and looked awful. Not at all like the picture online. :(
