Service an handling kind of shocked me. Only want to spend total of 25. For the price I paid for the arrangement I was very disappointed. I walked in right after they were delivered to my friend. It didn't look anything like what I saw on the computer. The arrangements was nothing to my satisfaction. There were only those small lily things with 2 roses that were already starting to open and wilting. They were no sun flowers and the arrangement was empty and ha nothing on one whole side. It was bare! I was told you all are a top notch company and have beautiful arrangements? I would not use you again as I was disappointed in what I saw. For what it looked like I have spent way way to much money. Looks like it was throw together by a child. I was so embarrassed when I got there and saw them. I pride my self in my gifts as this one was for an important person who has been there for me when I was sick.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
