Service/flowers were great and fast. Definitely recommended. Only improvement is to have options to enter foreign billing addresses. A lot of people like me work in international businesses and have colleagues/friends/family in the US but we don't live there or have credit cards from there. I have an AMEX I would've liked to pay with, but couldn't enter a Netherlands billing address.
I was very disappointed in the flowers that were delivered. I ordered the deluxe or premium flowers but I didn't get the nice big bouquet of flowers that were shown. I got more greenery than flowers. The first thing I saw was all these long shiny leaves sticking up from the top and bottom of the arrangement. They were about 12 inches long. The picture of the flowers that you showed online did not have this long greenery in it. I think they put the greenery in so they wouldn't have to put any more flowers in the arrangement. So the flowers paled in comparison to the other sprays that were there at the funeral home. The flowers were lovely but there should have been more of them and not this long greenery they put in.

This is my first experience buying flowers from your service. I hope my mom is happy as this is celebrating her 94th birthday.
My mother is in an assisted living complex and received her flowers at 5:30 pm. I do not understand why this was so late as I ordered two day prior. I can understand an extra fee for same day, but I think with two day notice tdeliver the order should arrive by at least around noon EST. Otherwise, my mom loved her arrangement of spring flowers. She misses them still after 37 years in FL.

I loved your selection but I hate the fact that you don't deliver the flowers that were a bit cheaper especially since those were the ones that I really loved the most, I think they had to be $39.99 and up but that's my only complaint!

This flowers were for a cousins 80th birthday (I live in Canada and she in Washington a couple of hundred miles from us). I got a nice email from her telling me how thrilled she was to receive the beautiful bouquet. At first I thought there may be a problem because I received a call from the delivery man telling me that the address number I had given did not exist, but he would try to track it down (I gave him her phone number just in case). I later found out that my wife had left a number off in the address book I was using. Well, it got there apparently only a few minutes after I had spoken to him, so all was well. Good job!
I am really happy because of the order that i just placed last night and my girlfriend received it this morning, earlier than expected. She loved it and she loves me more now lol.
