I was disappointed with the service because the flowers arrived over an hour after the funeral service they were ordered for. The quality was good, but I probably won't order here again.
Beautiful choices! Good prices, no surprise fees. Local florist had to substitute flowers for what they had on hand, however they also changed the shape/style of the arrangement. It was still pretty however less fitting for the particular recipient. If you want to make sure a particular feature of the arrangement stays true to what you order just make a note in the comments to the florist when ordering. It was a lesson learned on my end & no one's fault.

We have two administrative professionals. I placed one order. I ordered two exact duplicate items on that order, to be delivered to the same address. One item arrived at 1:20 PM. The other item arrived at 3:20 PM. Very embarrassing to me. VERY POOR FORM by fromyouflowers.com

It did not show up on time or on the right day... I realize I ordered later in the day but I wish you would have told me you couldn't fulfill my order. It's a bummer our employee received her gift on the wrong day.
Nice selection of floral arrangement with a variety of price ranges. Glad to not feel gouged by shipping/handling fees for once. After the purchase, they were delivered in a timely manner. I always ask the recipient to send a photo so I know if they were sent what I purchased. The arrangement looks a bit different from the online image, so I imagine the florist took some liberty with the design using the flowers specified in the description. Overall, still content with this purchase and experience.
