Prices seemed reasonable at first. Many pretty Bouquets to choose from. However, I paid much more than the price advertised. Delivery fees were added to the final bill. Seemingly, without warning. The bouquet that arrived only vaguely resembled the one I chose online. I plan to order locally next time.
Always use your site, easy to get to customer service by phone. Good reviews from my recipients, which is MOST IMPORTANT!
Product was delivered but there was no automatic online confirmation. When I tracked, it said "scheduled for delivery". I had ordered it from foreign country to USA, MN. I had to call you to ask as to why its not delivered yet as it was a birthday gift, international calls are costly.
Please make sure that tracking is Live, i.e. The moment its delivered it should say "Delivered" etc.

Everything went smoothly except that the flowers were delivered to the wrong place. Someone else signed for the flowers. Delivering flowers is difficult to do at some places like condominium units. Flowers were found the following day after contacting the company. Fromyouflowers.com had offered to refund the purchase. Not a word from the condo community office: maybe they enjoyed the flowers too much...haha. Happy Anniversary!

The cake arrangement looked nothing like the photo. I really wanted the same type and color flowers used in the picture. With that being said it was pretty but I was disappointed it was different.

I was upset that my delivery date was changed without being notified. I had to call customer service twice to make sure my recipient received it in time. Other wise the flowers were gorgeous and she totally loved them. My daughter totally was thrilled and that was the best feeling in the world to make someone else happy.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
