I had ordered the largest as I wanted it to very impressive and full, but what was received was the middle size, at best. Also color was off. VERY, disappointed.

Shipping &handling fees are rediculus. Other than that, so far, so good. Would order more, other than the fees. The order was for " lily's & roses" lots of lillys, no roses!, they substituted roses with som4hing else &i know roses aarn't out of season..
Again, the flowers that my friend received didn't look anything like what I ordered. She sent me a picture. I understand that when you order online, the florist that receives the order does the best that they can. My friend did say that they smelled wonderful and she thought they were beautiful.
I ordered a plower basket and they came in a plan glass bowl.
Several emails showing different discounts. Went back in to purchase would not let me change my order to remove something. Had to start over several times this afternoon. Ended up paying additional fee for same day delivery. Although the process to purchase was horrible, The flowers were beautiful when my daughter received them. Thank you

The arrangement was not as nice as I would have expected. It looked like the flowers were just thrown together. I was very disappointed in the appearance of the arrangement. The size was good but the arrangement was horrible. Not aesthetically pleasing at all. I'm embarrassed to say they are from me.

I ordered flowers on Monday and paid extra for same day 4 hour delivery. As of the following Thursday the flowers had still not arrived. Called customer service and they offered to refund the extra I paid for the same day 4 hour delivery. Really? I would never do business with them again.
If I see the magazine offer again were I must click a box to decline that offer, I will delete my account and shop elsewhere.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
