I found you thru a google search for FREE flower delivery. I choose a bouquet and only after entering all the information did I see the free delivery wasnt honored. So I left your website. About an hour later I got an email from you offering free delivery again so I gave it chance and that tie it worked. So I ordered. Then I had to call twice to find out when they would actually arrive because your website just gives the entire day as a delivery window. Then they were actually delivered 45 minutes after the promised time. The bouquet is ok but not really impressive at all. Like some lame thing I could get at a 7-11 counter. Because you didnt honor your ad the first time, long phone wait times, late delivery and lackluster flowers I would never order from you again nor recommend you to friends.

I just placed my order online, I am giving a four star at this time since I can not yet see the Orchids, until the delivery. The process was smooth yet, I cringe and also hesitated at the local delivery charge of a $15 service/handling fee. Sadly, we have almost a 10% sales tax in addition so the purchase is half again as much. I am out of state, so, it is what it is. Looking forward to seeing the Orchid arrangement for a Special 70th Birthday!

Not the same bouquet I ordered. Not same flowers or amount. Disappointed big time. My order had no roses and a full big bouquet. Probably won't order though here again. Not true to picture.

This was a gift. I'm very pleased with the service. They were being delivered in another state arrived as requested.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
