I was ashamed of the floral arrangement that arrived for the opening of my friends gallery. It was nothing but an assortment of cheap multicolored roses with no filler, no summer flowers. It was bare and stark. I got better looking roses for myself at the grocery store for $12. I resent paying $60 for such a lousy looking bunch of small cheap roses. I will never use your service again and will never recommend your company to anyone. I would like the name of the florist who filled this pitiful order for you. I want to warn everyone I know.
Great service i was not home when the flowers were delivered, but the delivery left a message on my phone, and said i put them in the shade, but to call if you were not happy. Very kind

I had thought the flowers would ne from a local shop here in San Antonio. Instead they came out of Arlington Tx.
The package inside the shipping box was so tightly bound with plastic sheet wrap, elastic string loops and plastic ties that when carefully unwrapped, the flower heads had shriveled and the leaves were falling off.
I have to say, that heat may have been a large factor; I guess there's not much that could prevent that during our Texas summer.
Anyway, I hope that maybe by tomorrow, after an overnight in a vase of cool water and the pack of plant food, they'll perk up.

Pretty flowers but very small and short flowers
They're perfect!
The flowers that were delivered on time were pretty, but they did not match the description of the ones I ordered. The substitutions for several of the flowers were of a lower quality and more filler was used. I feel the price I paid was high for the arrangement that was delivered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
