The flowers (plants) that were delivered did not match what was pictured; even though, I paid the extra dollars for the next higher level of flowers, which were advertised to be even more, or extras added to the flower bundle. I took pictures, to prove it! When I visited my girlfriend this past weekend, the plants looked as though they were more what I would have gotten for your base, 20% off price. Not, what I expected as I could have gone with 25% off with FTD as part of my USAA military discount.
This was a gift so this is all the information I can provide since they didn't come to me.

Quick and easy site, better pricing and delivery than other sites I looked at. I had flowers delivered to Nevada and the pictures that I saw were beautiful. I also have had a delivery made to Colorado and they said they are beautiful.
Quick and easy ordering but was not impressed with the discount
Ordered flowers on Thursday for a Saturday delivery. Money was taken from account on Thurdsay. No flowers were delivered on Saturday and when we rang customer service we were told that orders dont always happen. Took 7 days to get our money back but we did at least get a refund eventually. Missed the birthday girls special day however :(

Like the free delivery, but they did not come on the day I asked for them to be delivered. They came a week early, which is better than a week later, but I wanted them to be part of that special day.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
