I went online just browsing on different websites when I clicked on this one. The ratings were really good from what I read so I thought to myself this must truely be a good website to order from. What really made me more at ease was reading someone else's comment about how they ordered around 3a.m. And the order they made was received the same day! I was in the same predicament. I made up my mind to send my order as a surprise birthday gift and this was around late 1a.m. When I placed the order. I needed the gift to arrive the same day. I placed my order and waited patiently for an email/tracking info. I checked frequently to make sure it was enroute. It was about 1p.m. When I received confirmation from my friend that they received it. I was shocked for this was such a random website i just happened to click on, and to try them out the same day I needed a delivery to be made. Since I wanted this to be a surprise, I did not add my signature to the card that I had added on to the gift. I received a call making sure it was really me placing an order. Wow! I was very thankful they did that. I kindly explained I purposely did not put my signature on the card and that it is me placing the order. They asked me questions of course such as address, card type, card number etc. I will definitely moving forward use this website for any gifts I decided to have delivered to love ones. My friend cannot stop thanking me and hpw the flowers were the talk in her office. She screamed onces she saw the balloons and the teddy bear. My heart is truly content! I appreciate your business. I am glad I landed on this website. Truly deserves 5 stars!

Had to start the order again after I tried getting an accent mark in Spanish. System should be more flexible!

I am very disappointed that the flowers delivered do not resemble the volume/size of the bouquet ordered. They delivered an inferior product. It only had two regular roses and two branches of some little tiny roses (the picture shows at least 8 large roses on just one side). There were plenty of daisies, but the arrangement is much smaller. This was not the deluxe bouquet I ordered.

Didn't get same day like I requested and flowers looked way less quality then the picture on your website. I paid for premium rose package that should have been a vase really full of roses and carnations and got a scattered rose and carnation arrangement in a vase. Not nearly as impressive as the picture on your website displayed. It looks like I am missed some roses and carnations. Very poor service and won't order from you again. Also I paid for same day delivery and ordered before 3pm, which is your cutoff, and was sent an email saying it would be delivered the next day and that it couldn't be fulfilled. When I called and spoke to someone they told me that they got the order to your florist by 2:56 PM and that it was denied to fulfill delivery same day even though my order was in before you're cut off at 3 PM. This was totally rediculous and exceptionally poor service and if asked I would tell everyone to avoid issuing your services!
