Although my mom received her flowers, it wasn't until 7:30 pm! The first number I called to check on the delivery was just an automated service assuring me that the delivery was still scheduled. I later emailed, and then tried calling again and was able to talk to a person who called the florist and was told the flowers were out for delivery. My brother finally texted me an hour later that they had finally been delivered. They were very pretty and the next day even prettier so I was happy about that but I had placed the order 4 days prior to the delivery day so I am disappointed that my mom did not have the flowers earlier. Very glad I didn't have to pay a delivery charge!
