I've ordered flowers many times, so I'm trying the fruit gift basket today.
My Sister in law had to'pick up her order from HyVee Grocery Store.
I ordered and paid for DELIVERY, I gave her phone number so if there was an issue they could tell her when it was going to be delivered TO HER.
VERY disappointed. I will not be ordering again.
The flowers looked a little wilted, and not as pretty as the picture.
My subtotal when I initially checked out was about 31 dollars less then what was charged to my credit card, I'm actually quite upset about this. It's just too expensive, I probably wont be ordering again. I'll just go to the flower store or grocery store and get it myself. I can't believe two things of flowers were 100.00. I'm still kicking myself for purchasing because of my current finances but at least it made my mom smile.

I had them sent to a 3rd party as a get well gift. While I didn't specify "same day" delivery, they were delivered on the same day as I placed my order-At NO additional cost...excellent service
I was surprised by the service fee. It should just be included in the price of the flowers as it is deceptive when the product is listed at a price that in the end is apx. Double.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
