The arrangement was not as expected smaller in length and did not look like picture
Thank you for having my last minute order delivered today. And that statement is true. My granddaughter was unable to attend her graduation ceremony at Chico that night. I thought at least we could send her flowers to recognize her achievement. Later in the afternoon I went to visit her. She answered the door and said thank you for my flowers. I saw the bouquet on the table and I have to say I was so disappointed. The bouquet was not even arranged nicely ( certainly not like the picture that I shopped from). The water in the vase was not crystal clear and there was sediment on the bottom. The bouquets in the cooler case at Safeway always look better than these. I did not get my money's worth and I was sad to see such a sad arrangement.
I gladly pay for the same day delivery and the delivery charge, but feel that I should be reimbursed for all or part of the flowers. Thank you for your consideration.

Not happy at all with the florist. They did not deliver on the specified date in which I paid extra for same day service. And then didn't deliver the flowers until 7pm the next day with no explanation as to why. FromYouFlowers did send me a gift card for the inconvenience; however, a Birthday gift was not delivered on the recipient's birthday and that's something you can't give back...time!

Much cheaper than balloon planet. However the balloons were lower quality and mostly in the pink/purple tone even though I got them for my male fiancé's 30th bday. It looked more Mother's Day ish.

The only downfall is that you do not let people know you will be charging (a lot) for a handling fee until their credit card and other information is already in the system. This looks bad...like a hidden fee and people do not like that
3 times I purchased something from these people because the picture looked amazing but the actual delivery was not even close. You will not get what you think you will and they charge extra for everything once they have your card number.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
