Arrived on time
My last order which was 2 weeks ago (I never received the Shopper approved email like usual) the arrangement was not very nice. A 5yr old could have made the arrangement and the miniature roses in it were already dying on the evening of the delivery! I mean brown curled up dead petals! I happened to have had to go back to Kansas City for a funeral and arrived the day the flowers were delivered to my Mother in law for Mother's day. The arrangement just looked hap hazard with no rhyme or reason to it. She is a trained florist and was kind enough to not say anything but I had been sent a photo earlier and thought it looked a bit puny compared to others I have sent. Then when I got there and it had flowers already dying on top of a bad design. I just got back in town last night and have not had time to address my concerns. I made the mistake at least for this area of ordering the "Florist Choice" But I did order the mid option of size. This delivery is was in the KC Ks area. Not in Naples where I live.

Great variety and very vibrant colors but does not let me use more than one coupon & alittle late towards delivery. But other than that great customer service!

Placed an order 5/25/17 for a funeral same day, and had chosen florist to make vase arrangement going to New Hyde Park, L.I. Was told today by the family of dec'd that they were lovely.
Received email the morning of the day the flowers were to be delivered saying they needed to make a substitution. No one called. Did not see email until after 5:00 on day flowers were to be delivered. When I called to ok substitution I was assured flowers would still be delivered that day. Flowers were not delivered until next day. Hydrangeas were beautiful, but none of the lilies were open.
