The roses were already dying when my wife received the delivery. This is the second time I've ordered from your company and received less than acceptable product. The first time they didn't deliver the correct amount of balloons and the flowers were half dead then as well. I feel like the money I spent should be refunded.

Over Christmas I was very disappointed with the flowers you sent. I supposedly got a partial refund. But I don't see it anywhere. This is a trial to see if the quality of the arrangement has improved.
There should be military consideration. The free shipping was only offered after I cancelled my order. Amazon has similar bouquets for less with shipping...I don't know where the deal is
The handling fee should be mentioned before you get all the way to check out. The order was not delivered on the same day, but they did refund my 2.99 fee for same day delivery. They also called on the day of delivery and asked if they could substitute. He didn't know what would be substituted, said it could be nothing more than the pot. I ordered a succulent garden. I asked him if there were still going to be succulents in there, he said yes. My daughter received it the next day and it didn't even resemble what I ordered. There were no succulents at all. Yes, the pot was different also. My daughter loves succulents, that's why I ordered what I did. Needless to say I was not very happy.

What a joke. Ordered and got charged but never received any sort of email confirmation so I have to call to make sure my order went through. Though they said it was nothing ever showed up the next day. I had paid extra to have it delivered before noon so when I wasn't there by noon I called customer service and told them the flowers have to be there by three because she was leaving They said they would get it taken care of but of course they didn't my money was refunded but they made no effort to make the situation right.

These were for an elderly relative who was recently injured (needed surgery) and lives far away. So pleased. They brightened her day.
Although I believe the price of having flowers delivered is generally speaking to high I took advantage of this because there was a discounted offer and for people like myself I appreciate that. The process was easy, user-friendly and delivery was as promised and flowers were liked by the recipient, thank you.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
