I paid more so that my father would receive a full vase of flowers and expected the flowers to look close to what I purchased by viewing the picture. There were very few flowers in the vase and what was there were cheap flowers. Absolutely pitiful looking. So disappointed, it was for an 80th Birthday. Very unhappy with the flowers. The purchase of them and the website were great. Just wish they would have reflected more closely what I was getting. Next time I will buy flowers myself and drive them over myself.

Unfortunately, the florist did not upgrade my order and the vase wasn't a full arrangement. Thankfully, I was thoroughly compensated with a %refund and a gift card for the inadequate service. Thankfully, my daughter loved her arrangement, teddy bear and balloons.

The flowers arrived in the morning and the recipient loved them. I was pleased with the while process. The one thing that annoyed me was the extra charge on the vase seen as it is pictured with the flowers. Other than that, great experience and will shop here again!

Thought it would be easier to have the delivery made to my cousin at work since she works at the only Walmart in town. Paid for same day delivery as I knew she was off the next day. The delivery wasn't made until 4 pm the next day, so she had to go get them. Kind of defeats the purpose of having them delivered. Yes they refunded my next day delivery fee but that's not the point. The point was to have them delivered to her at work on her birthday! You only celebrate 50 once!

Much better value than "popular" 800Flower sites. However the chocolates were melted - the flowers were perfect.
The arangement i ordered (the Premium)was very disappointing it was a very small arangement it had very few flowers in it for the price for $70. It was meant for a funeral and looked horrible next to other arangements there. Iwas truly embarrassed to have my name on such a measly specimen VERY DISAPPOINTED! Will not order from this company ever again and will not recommend to anyone else either.
If the flowers are delivered on the date stated and IF the flowers are fresh and as pictures, I will use you as my florist from now on when I need to send flowers.
