The flowers were delivered on time. My granddaughter liked them a lot. I wish the candles had been the longer ones as shown on picture for a bigger and nicer impact.
Also the rose in the center was dying by the afrernoon...Maybe another type of flower should have been used. Specially, considering Miami's high temperatures.
It took 3 days, 4 phone calls and an email to get this order delivered. I received multiple confirmation emails this was delivered when it was not. It was finally delivered to the home address. I was disconnected several times while on hold via telephone too. I'm sure this is not everyone's experience but since it was my first time I will most likely try another company.

I was a little disappointed that the flowers i ordered didn't look very much like what was pictured. Even the bow wrapped around the vase was a cloth ribbon and not the raffia, which like liked better. The flowers in the picture were more to my liking and would have looked better for what I had wanted.
