Great experience ordering flowers online for he first time!
Flowers arrived on day requested when I placed order. Recipient loved the seasonal choices made by the florist, particularly the white roses which had touches of red on the petals. Beautiful selection of roses and large daisies made an apropos arrangement for sending in sympathy for the loss of the recipient's brother.

Flowers ordered for my father's funeral in Florida never arrived. When calling from the church I was kept on hold for about 10 minutes before being told the flowers never left the shop! This was a terrible experience and an embarrassment for our entire family. We would never use Youflowers.com again.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and was very impressed with the quality of the flowers and how pretty the bouquet was. The delivery time was as promised. I especially loved that the card was handwritten and not printed...very nice touch.

If u want repeat business, u shouldnt charge a 45% s&h fee tacked on at the end. Just tell me up front, i'll pay it either way. It just comes off as sneaky and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Its the 'old' way of doing online orders. A lot of companies are starting to show the charges up front. It creates an atmosphere of honesty and a level of trust with the customer. U wont get my business again and i wont recommend this site to anyone.
