Sirs, this order was a nightmare. I put in my order several days ahead of when I wanted it delivered. I was told so many stories of why two items on one order were impossible to deliver at the same time on the same day. And then there's the extra charge for separating the order. I've never had trouble like this before. But now I'm done with this company.

Flowers were nice but didn't look like the ones I ordered and I was disappointed I didn't get the orange vase that was pictured (the reason I picked that item) Original order was delivered right away, they were suppose to have delivered a week later. I was very satisfied with the offer to send a 2nd bouquet on the correct date, as well as the gift certificate to make up for the local florist's mistake. I will use your business in the future.

The picture of your flower cake had lavender and white flowers with small green mum. With lavender bows. It was beautiful. When the recipient called to thank me I asked about the flower cake and she said it was white with green mums. No colored flowers except blue ribbons. I was disappointed as it was her 80th birthday and wanted to do something special for her. My good deed was not worth $60.

Why bother having a "check the status of delivery" option when you don't say that it will be confirmed until the driver makes its last stop and gets back to the shop. I kept thinking she hadn't received it because when I tracked my delivery it kept saying it wasn't even close to being delivered.

The flowers were left on the doorstep, in the heat, the person knocked and left them, the flowers were wrapped in plastic and kept in a box in the hot 100 degree Florida weather. I'm just glad they were not wilted or damaged.

The first order of flowers were left on my mom's doorstep for 4 1/2 hours because the delivery person chose not to knock on their door so they had no idea the flowers were even there, therefore they had been in the Las Vegas heat and were wilted, after I told her they were delivered. My stepdad was home at the time of delivery. New flower
