My original order was COMPLETELY wrong. I paid $70 for a deluxe bouquet and got a way below par tiny bouquet delivered to my BEST friend who just had her first baby and is 900 miles away! I did not get the balloons that I paid extra for, instead they included chocolates which my friend is extremely allergic to! I was very upset and called in to complain and at that time the calling service said they'd send a correct bouquet. Great, except that the original surprise was ruined. Thanks a ton.

Upon our arrival at the funeral home, I was surprised and disappointed with the plant that we had sent via "fromyouflowers". Although we had ordered the largest "premium" size, clearly the smallest "regular" size had been sent. We were somewhat embarrassed by its size.
I did feel like the picture was misleading as to what was actually delivered, however the recipient thought the arrangement was beautiful anyway.

Called to push the delivery day back one day and was told that they would be delivered on the new date I requested. They were still delivered on the original day (a day early), which would be ok in most cases; however, not in this particular case.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
