Next day delivery was great. Flowers were not quite what I expected. The website showed the 'deluxe' version, but not what each version looks like... standard, deluxe, etc. So arrangement was a little smaller than anticipated.
The sympathy flowers did not get delivered but instead a much smaller birthday bouquet and balloon showed up one day late. The card was right though. If you would like I can send you pictures.

I was hesitant to order flowers online hope I'm happy. Sent to sister. She loved it, but it sounded a little stingy on flowers the way she described it.

I understand during these times not all items are available, however I ordered from this site because they had exactly what I was looking for and not a single item was sent. I ordered a basket of flowering plants and what was received was a bowl with what looked like an aloe vera plant and 2 succulents. None of which are flowers. I would have ordered something else or from somewhere else had I known it would be nothing like what I picked. What was received looked cheaper than the price I paid. (The person took a pic and sent it to me after she told me what she got.) Sorry but I was disappointed. It was for the loss of her mother.

Ordered same day delivery yet didnt recieve product until the next day. Ordered the premium upgraded flowers, but the product appears to be the regular one not upgraded. Extremely disappointed.

Easy! And self serving!
I had to call 4 days after the order was placed to get an order number. The representative checked, and my email address was correct. When I asked why I did not receive a confirmation email and order number, she never answered. I paid almost $75 for 8 balloons and some chocolate. I think that was a little pricey. I wish I had gotten flowers instead. I guess you would not make a profit if the balloons cost less or there were more of them. Overall, the experience was ok, and because my sister was having a big birthday, it worked. But unfortunately, for me, it was not a 5 star experience.
Please deliver before 12 noon- Monday July 06.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
